Rock with the Best!

What a great crew!
I have been immensely enjoying ALL my athletes (of ALL ages) this Fall. Best hours of my week are spent on the court with all my powered up rock stars!

Girls' Boot CAMP over the winter!

We have been doing girls boot camp with an hour long trail hike and exhilarating stations along the way to exercise different muscle groups. Coach Rock loves to get out no matter what the weather!
